Grrrrr! He's fixed it... he said that the call centre could of sent the signal down the line to sort all the problems and he didn't even need to come out!
I hate it when people can't do their jobs properly!
He was a nice lad though.... good looking too... and he had to bend over my tv.... hehehehe
