Gosh, here in Michigan I know you can go to jail if you don't pay your child support. In fact, they'll issue a warrant out on you. My brother in law hasn't had a job in YEARS and every few months he begs people for the $1500 in back child support because he'll have to go to jail if he doesn't pay it.
We don't answer phone calls from him, he only calls when he wants money. |
