This is definitely true!! My girls occasionally get into a tussle, but the minute I clap my hands they all sit down and get quiet, and they know if they continue...they're going to be separated for awhile (and they don't want that). Possibly the fact that the one female is pregnant could be leading to the aggression. Unfortunately with Yorkies you really have to show them who's boss, otherwise, they'll walk all over you. When the terrier in them senses a weakness, you're not going to get anywhere with them...good luck!
