My baby has several little red spots, that almost look like pimples, but seem to have a crust on them. They dont seem to hurt her at all, as I can touch them without her reacting. There is one on her chest that has been there for awhile and 3 on her back side. She has had some trouble with what I thnk are allergies and does bite at her back side alot. She had been on prednisone several times when it has gotten really bad but mostly we just use Benadryl. Any ideas what this could be? They dont seem to bother her right now, but Im afraid they will spread.
