No offense, I think you are definately taking the right steps to prepare yourself by searching for someone experienced to help you along your road to becoming a breeder, but it's not something that can be taught over the phone.
It really is going to take some hands on experience in order to adequately familiarize yourself with the breed and the breeding process start to finish and all in between. You really cannot substitue that.
