I am also based in SA and when I was initially looking for a Yorkie, I was also approached by a women in America. She advised that she would fly the pup from America, all cost included for 3 000 dollars. When I asked her about quarantine issues etc, she advised there would be no issues.
I assumed it was a scam and never proceeded any further. |
