I can't help you with most of the other stuff.... but the food is likely Biljac puppy food..... it looks just like rabbit pellets.
Don't be so hard on yourself about the whole situation.... from the sound of it, you certainly did this baby girl a service by getting her out of that filthy living situation!!
And she probably feels just like a princess!!!!! ......... as it should be........
