he's bored!!! Sorry but this is not his fault, you are his owner and you need to get him out and take him for a walk to give him exersise! Does he have something to chew on to keep him busy in his expen? How long is he in the expen?
Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm not jumping on you, but a puppy needs lots of exercise.
