aww thanks! I also have had birds as a child that flew away. One time my parakeets were out the cage, and my godbrother opened a window and Judy(my first bird ever) flew right out it. I was so sad, she was so nice. I also had a cockatiel just disappear. After my first cockatiel Timothy died my mom bought me another one to try to make me feel better. Well it was kinda untrained and one day when we came home s/he had just disappeared. It was gone and i think the window was open. At first i thought my mom was playing a trick on me but the bird never appeared. I wasn't too attached to it anyway but i was sad. We kept getting more, i don't think ive ever been w/o atleast one cockatiel in my house since i was 3 yrs old. lol The ones i have now are 6 yrs old and the daddy is prob. 8, when we got him he wasnt a baby
