I am so, so sorry you are going through this right now. It's so heard to watch your precious baby fading before your eyes. I went through this last year with my beloved little Tigger (MHDSRIP). He also had kidney failure. Is your vet keeping her hydrated with IV fluids? I know this helps to keep them comfortable; Tigger had it every 36-48 hours.
Please let the love you have given your precious girl be a comfort to you. I pray she goes gently.
