For upset stomachs around here we give rice & chicken. Less than what you'd feed for a full meal. That tends to soak up whatever nastiness was causing the problem. Do that for 2 meals and if it doesn't help go to the vet. I would worry about a parasite or giardia or something like that after a day or two. They can pick it up in the yard, from bird poop, or even from another dog who might have pooped in your yard. Loki had it twice when he was a puppy. Probably from trying to drink from puddles!!!  |
this is what i would normally do with my other 2 but he cant have anything but lamb hes very allergic to chicken
i really dont think he caught anything no other dogs come in my yard & he doesnt leave the yard
he seems to be better today
i spent 10 mins last night rubbing his belly & he was doing some nasty farts ! lol
if he gets it bad again i will get some yougurt then the pepcid Then the VEt thanks guys !!
