Hi, from a fellow Northern Virginian (Fredericksburg)!
Here's a few photos of my 2 parti yorkies, I also have 5 Parti gene carriers (two are only 9 days old). All are AKC registered. Parti colored yorkies have been around since the early days of the breed but up until 5 years ago, were not eligible for registration. After 2 breeders in California had numerous Parti and carrier litters and their parents DNAd, proving that the pups were by AKC registered traditional colored yorkies, did the AKC allow the Parti color to be registered.
