It says that if you have expired coupons, you can pass them on to military families stationed overseas.
You go to the site to check it all out, "adopt" a base, and mail your bundle of expired coupons to the address using just an ordinary US postage stamp (41cents).
Overseas bases honor coupons for six months past the expiration date. (I didn't know that). |
I didn't know that and I was an overseas military wife at one point!! hmph
