I am sure you will have her before you know it. it sounds like you learned a lot from your bad experience and there is a lot of info on here about what to look for in a breeder.
Have you exhausted the breeder possibilities in your area? I am in California so a little far but I can certainly answer questions and give feedback on speicific questions. You can go to Breeders,net and put in your zip code...just be aware that not everyone on there is reputable. It just gives you a place to start. Your local Yorkshire terrier club may be able to refer you to a show breeder who has puppies for sale.
