Even if there wasn't, from what I understand there is an "Implied Warranty" on all pet sales by pet shops, breeders, and individuals who routinely sell litters...
You really need to have a chat with an attorney to get some of these vet bills paid by the seller....you can just have a consultation with the attorney & then take her to small claims yourself to avoid the costly attorney fees....
