I have donated to people on YT before. Usually not a large ammount. Once I gave $50.00 to someone who is not new, and is very respected. I never got any kind of thank you. Unless you count a public post to thank "everyone." I thought this was pretty strange as this person makes cards as a hobby.The point is, give if you want to help and dont expect anything, even a thank you, in return. Give if your heart tells you to, then feel good about it and let it go. If the person isnt honest, it does not diminish your gesture. I still feel good that I gave in the spirit of helping someone in a bad situation.
