Rachel, it looks like your in deep at this point, this is all going to boil down to that contract you have....your interpretating things one way and she's interpritating things another....
It looks like she's not going through with this deal, you may be going to court in order to keep Lola...it may also require you hiring an attorney or you may be able to file a claim in small claims court....I hope things work out for you but it may get real ugly for all involved in the coming months....Good luck
