OK, this may be silly....but....When boys are neutered don't they take out the testicles? Or what exactly do they do? I always thought that's what they did...but then Uno was laying on his back lastnight, and we were looking at his stitches and he had 2 little "ball" like bumps...we always thought THOSE were his testicles...sometimes they would be back in the sack, sometimes not...I'm so confused! What did they do to him in surgery??? And if those aren't his testicles...then what the heck are they?
