In the UK they prefer to wait until after the 1st season (2 months after is the norm) and I'm happy to take my vet's advice on that (I have a 7 month old and no sign of that season yet - our elder little girl was 11 months!!). I'd rather see a bit more weight on her before I had her spayed if I was you but that is just my personal opinion. She IS tiny! Ours is tiny we think at 3.9 lbs!
Regarding her teeth - her breath no doubt smells as she is retaining baby teeth - some of these often do not ever come out of their own accord like the others which she will have lost. If you look I'd be surprised if you don't see "double teeth" where there should be one?! Of course food gets trapped inbetween - Gizzie has the exact same problem! Gypsy Rose, our elder girl had this too and I chose the time she was spayed to have the teeth out as she was already under anaesthetic! Hope that helps a bit! Bet Bebe is lovely!! Ana xx
