| Owls are prey birds, so I would watch your Yorkies at all times if they are out and you have any birds of prey or scavengours about....considering a seagull and a crow have taken Yorkies in Northern Scotland from gardens ! Also a seagull put a huge hole in a Yorkie's head and the poor Yorkie died...in a back garden ! It was only out for a few minutes and the poor owner found it dying. We also had a creep of a Postman who kicked a tiny Yorkie lifting it in the air with his foot about 2 years ago - and he was charged and sentenced - as he killed the much loved harmless pet....that was 100 miles from me, but horrific, don't you think.
Any owner of a Yorkie should always watch their Yorkies.....especially the tiny ones....they are just soooo vulnerable to all sorts !
I am so glad you heard that owl and are not taking any chances
