It can take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on how much Gracie is having done and what the schedule of the shop is. The actual grooming doesn't take more than an hour. When she was a puppy the groomer would give her lots of breaks so she would not get stressed out. Sometimes she has to wait if someone else is on a tight time frame. I appreciate that they are flexible and work with people, as occasionally I am the one that needs to get her ASAP so I can make a meeting, dental appointment or some such thing!
