I got my coats from YT member shanatink's boutique.
www.tinkerbellscloset.com. I like her fleece joggers a lot, because they have long legs that keep the snow from clinging.
Be choosy looking for booties. Simpler is better for protecting against the snow. Dogs just need a fleece or water-resistant sack to keep the cold off their pads. A lot of shoes come with heels and soles. They are way cute for pictures, but they make it too difficult to walk in.
