Thank you all for the advice... I'm going to look at switching her shampoo and conditioner, I'm going to see about the fuffy butts one.

I've added Missing Link to her diet last week and started to use the spray conditioner on her coat EVERYTIME she's brushed now.

I've also started using a flexible plastic bristled brush and it seems to make it less frizzy and removes alot of the stray hair. I've noticed the hair that I put up in a topknot sometimes has actually split and now is too short to put up, I only put her hair in a topknot once in a while so it's not down to damage from the bands. Her hair has never had a cut so I don't think that could of caused anything. I think she's just destined to have a troublesome coat.

I'm noticing alot of the darker puppy hairs are what are coming out and sticking to everything in the apartment so maybe once her full adult coat is in things will steady out... fingers crossed!

Any other advice greatly recieved and appreciated.
