Nette so excited for you in your dream home. I love the older homes too and the home we live in now was built in the early 1940s and you can't beat the built-in dining room cabinets, etc. We did lose some of the other old charm such as hardwood floors, etc., as the previous owner did a lot modernizing but in a good way with electrical, heating, etc., but still an old home.
