that poor doggie. Some people should not be allowed to purchase pets, I hate when I see an animal not being cared for the way it should be. It is extremely frustrating and heartbreaking. To be complaining about the dog shedding and barking is just ridiculous, these are just things that go along with having a pet. I hope that she rehome's the Chi, it would be better off. Keep us posted on the outcome, I would love to know what this cold-hearted woman decides..uugh. again, poor doggie
