I heard an interesting comment once about SH in the workplace, can't remember who said it though
It was something along the lines of "It's only sexual harrassment if the guy is ugly" or something like that
That could be an angle that would make your paper unique, how SH is perceived, depending on the "offenders" attractiveness or lack thereof.
