I'm so sorry about Natalie's condition. Texas A&M has one of the top 5 vet schools in the country, and their small animal clinic is mostly for referals. There all several cardiologists and other specialists at A&M. Honestly, I don't think you'll find them to be cheap because it is a vet school. The students there are learning from the clinicians and cases that come in, but it is a referal hospital full of state-of-the-art current equipment and specialists, so I don't think they would be much cheaper than other specialists. I don't know much about Oklahoma's vet school but you and your vet may want to look into the specialists at A&M. I hope she feels better with the medication and that you'll be able to find the right treatment for her condition.
