Thanks so much for the information... though I haven't heard many good things about Banfield... at least not in this area...
I'm going to do some research tonight about the team at OSU and try to contact them in the morning.... I'm sure nothing major will be able to happen with it being a friday, but at least they may be able to offer some peace of mind and some clue as to what may lie ahead for my baby girl....
