He is adorable. My Pixie was 13 months when I got her and the Breeder had her in her basement where she ran her kennel out of. So Pixie had very limited exposure to anything even in the house. She would freeze when you went to pick her up and ran when people came over. She gradually has gotten better but when outside she is very shy. I just let her go at her own pace and she now will come up to people when they come over now and lets us pick her up. I have had her 9 months ans she recently has become a lot more relaxed. I think your baby will adjust with more time and exposure. Maybe try having people give him treats when they come over.
