This reminds me of my sister....she too had a staph infection that stuck around for 2 years. They tried everything to get rid of it. She finally went to an infectious disease specialist. The only way to rid her of the infection was to give her an IV drip in her arm for 6 WEEKS....she had to give herself the meds through the IV twice a day for 6 weeks. The staph infection has been gone since then...this was this past June.
I hope your husband finds some answers soon!!! Has your insurance been gone for more than 30 days? If not, you can reinstate it.
