Lol, call me crazy but I still haven't left Ellie (and it has been two weeks).

About the onesie, you may want to get a couple different sizes to try. Ellie fit in the Gerber 0-3 months (she is 5 1/2 pounds) but they weren't long enough to snap. She crawled out of the neck of the 3-6 months ones so we made the smaller ones longer. We also put them on backwards so the snaps are on the back (not on the incision).
