contact akc to see if she registered them. they should have her name on file as a breeder. if she is not listed, then these are not akc registered puppies or she did not want to spend the money to register them. keep at her. send a letter, go to her home, and do not give up. these people cannot continue to do this to innocent people. call call call her and don't stop.
i am so very sorry this has happened to you. i have ALWAYS recieved my papers with the puppy. i never had to wait for the papers.
