My Mom had that happen to her...Papers were promised to her. She was told to come 3 days later to pick them up and they would be ready for her at that time. 3 days later Dad picked up the packet and took them home. Mom opened them up to find papers. Papers on how to take care of your new Yorkie! Not akc as promised. Well by 3 days mom was already attached to her new baby! so she just gave up.
