IMO, if you have time to be on YT, you have time to go to the vet. This is an emergency that could take the dogs life. Work is no excuse at this point.
Not to mention that this is a PUPPY that you've only had for a few weeks. You should have more carefully considered your work obligations before taking on such a responsibility.
