How can you post that she ate something poisonous and is gagging and then say you will immediately call the vet but then post in threads about underbites and breeding? You need to get her to a vet or emergency clinic right away. Take the package with you. It will also be important for them to know how much she ingested. See Below.

BRAND NAME(S): Fleet Bisacodyl

This medicine is harmful if swallowed. If you or someone you know may have taken this medicine by mouth, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
