I seriously think that maybe you should consider rehoming her. It is obvious that you are frustrated w/her and that your husband is frustrated w/all of you. It seems as if you have your hands full and maybe you did not realize how much work another pup would be in your life. I am sure you would be able to find someone to take her and give her the suitable training she is desperately asking for.
