i don't believe that it's too late..has he lost all his teeth yet? my coco is almost 8 months and still hasn't lost all his teeth yet. and his ears are part floppy. some people believe that you can get a yorkies ears to go erect at any age. of course it depends on the ear texture and thickness. post a pic so that we can have a better look at his ears most of the time you can tell just by looking at his ears if they are going to go up or not. don't give up hope just yet...
