I really do love it! I had it listed for sale on here, but have decided to wait to sell it just because it is such a great bag and perfect for my needs!
It's roomy and adorable, I can fit 3.8 lb McKenzie in there w/room for a big fleece blankie, toy or treat and she has lots of space! Also it is thick and "uncrushable" if someone bumps into you at the store

My one and only complaint is that it is very heavy even empty, so that's what I was saying about the shoulder strap -- you will love that I'm sure! My arm gets tired carrying it either bent or in my hand, so that's a major plus (wonder if they sell the strap separate for me, LOL).
It has a great roomy pocket on the front for your stuff which is nice also, I think you guys will LOVE it.
I also think about carrying it minus my furbabies, LOL.
