Koda will do this late at night sometimes. We live out in the country and it's really dark at night. He will jump up suddenly at crazy barking at the front or back door. It really creeps me out cause I think of some nut case being out there being able to see in but me not able to see them out there
EEEK! I always tell myself "it's just a skunk, opossum, deer or something"! He did it for so long one night I finally woke my husband up and made him go out and look. Guess what, it was a skunk!
When I pick him up to calm him down he will be so persistent to look at whichever door he is barking at, and he will do a low nervous growl. UGHHH I hate it!
Your not alone! They say animals can sense spirits and such. Who really knows
