Thank you, Kara, for your reply. I have been wondering about their puppies, if they come from quality breeders (even home breeders can be quality) or just another Divapups puppymill outfit. I know the 'teacups" terminology should be a red flag--and it is to a point, but anymore I just ignore it. It is in such common useage that it is just a description to the average person, so I tend not to get my back up about it, unless of course the breeder doesn't know what they are talking about. Many breeders have changed there approach if they know you have an inkling about the breed standard.
