My BIG girl, Roxy is about 13lbs. We have spent $1000's on her health. She started having seizures at 2 months old and it's been no stop ever since. ultrasounds, fevers, trembling, Pheno Barb, Conifite for her yeast infection in her one ear. I saved every bill, I have spent more on this little girl in the last 3 years then I have on all three of my human boys!!!
My good friend has a 3-4 pounder and she has not had one problem with her. She even eats table food, can you imagine?! Oh, she did have a reaction to the flea stuff!
In my opinion If your yorkie is healthy, they will be fine no matter what size.
