I had the same thing happen to Duke when he had his summer cut. I asked them to shave his body, but to leave his face alone. Well, imagine my surprise when I went to pick him up and his entire face was shaved short as well. I was furious! He looked like a Chihuahua -- not that I have anything against Chihuahua's, but I just was not expecting him to look like that.
As with any bad haircut that we would get, it is taking FOREVER for Duke's face to fill back in.
