It depends, are you planning on feeding raw meaty bones? If so, they won't need any extra calcium. When you give them raw eggs you can let them eat the shell if they want, some dogs like it, others don't. Alternatively you could speak to your butcher about grinding the rabbit with the bone for you, but of course this way you would loose the benefits for their teeth from crunching up the bones.
