As for brushing, I try to brush him every other day, if not, he has a ton of knots in his armpit and neck areas. He also gets tons of stuff stuck to him when we walk him.
I bathe him every weekend, just to keep him fresh. Also, I've tried to comb him yet, but it's so hard to get the brush through and it pulls, so I don't do that. Instead, I wash him, spray on some detanglizer, wrap him in a towel, let him run/rub himself all over the house, and then once he's semi dry, I blow dry him to get the waves out. It also makes his hair less knotty
