I pee a lot too and get up at night. Try not to drink much after 8 PM, and also make sure you exercise everyday. When the body is tired, you sleep better and don't wake up to go to the bathroom, but if the body is not tired is like when you are awake and you have to go to the bathroom every 1-2 hours.
