Ladies, I do feel your pain with these issues. I have suffered from Eczema and extremely dry skin for most of my life. I'm not trying to be overly pushy with my products, I just know how they have literally changed my life. My legs would get so itchy that I felt like it itched to the bone. Nothing could cure it and trust me, I tried it all. Even prescription creams. My hands cracked and bled and my feet were just embarrassing. I would never wear sandals or flip flops. So, I am going to put together some suggestions of what has seriously helped me.

For your skin:
I love the Luxuries of the Sea line. Once a week, I take a bath with the Hydrotherapy Mineral Bath. Every time I shower I use the Salt Glow. It sloughs away the dry skin and gives extreme moisture. Then, I follow it up with the Skin Hydrator Anti-Ash Creme. Any of our body scrubs not only exfoliate, but they add fabulous moisture. The Brown Sugar line smells amazing too.

For your hands:
Show of Hands - instant manicure in a jar. This is serious stuff. It will completely transform your hands. You can use it every day or a couple times a week, whatever works for you. Follow it up with Extreme Repair Hand Therapy Lotion. That seals in what you've done with the SOH. Or, use the SOH, then follow it up with the Overnight Hand Treatment and some sleeping gloves. You will wake up to amazing hands!

Now for your feet:
I highly recommend the Save Your Sole line. You start with a foot softening spray. Let that set for a bit. Then use the Self Heating Foot Scrub. It really heats up nicely and feels so good. Rinse that off. Next, apply the foot salve. Now, if I'm wanting amazing results (this is what I have my guests do at my spas) I apply the foot salve, then I use the 1 gallon size baggies. Not the ziploc kind, the plain bags. Put that over my foot. Then, I heat up a nice, cushy pair of socks in the microwave (moisten with water or wrap in a damp washcloth so they don't burn! Nuke for 1 min.) Put that warm pair of socks on your feet over those bags. You can leave that on for however long you want. It is amazing! If I don't have time for that, I just slather on the salve, put on a pair of socks and go to bed. Also, if you have calouses and cracks, it would be a good idea to use a foot file and file them down before you start with the softening spray. That also makes a huge difference.
