My grandmother use to breed Yorkie's and this is the first I have heard that their god given coat is not enough for them to go out in the rain, snow sleet and other weather condition. I don't plan on gearing up my pooch except for show-walk through town. (we live on a mountain in the middle of nowhere and don't let her out for more then 5-10 Minutes.)
