How do you go about training a yorkie to be without a leash outside? We do not have a fenced in yard and live on a busy street. My worst fear is she'll get out one day and get hit my a car. I want her to know her boundaries. The previous owners of our house never had their dog on a leash and she knew her boundaries and it just amazed me.
