First of all I really wouldn't worry about Demi!! She's doing well. We had two previous yorkies who lived until they were over 14 and once they were over about 9 months had no accidents in the house and we now have 19 month old Gypsy Rose who was 100% at 4 months and Gizzie Chavi aged 7 months. Gizzie wasn't as easy to train as Gypsy was and whereas she'll look at me in a certain way to take her out since a long while, she is at a loss if I am not around... even if I go to the bathroom or something it seems she has to accasionally go right there and then when it comes to pooping! Puddles can wait... so Demi will be fine, praise her like mad and if she has an accident and you catch her do it just act sort of shocked and put her out...! If you don't catch her it's pointless but she sounds as if she's got the plan...!! Ana x |
