Oh my goodness, I won't lie - I would have been FURIOUS too
NOT that she doesn't still look cute because SHE DOES....but it does make one very angry when you give a groomer specific instructions and they do the total OPPOSITE of what you ask for
I have first hand experience with this which I why I now groom myself. The first (and only) time we took Stedman to be groomed, they did a number on him - it was WAY shorter than what I wanted (and what I had asked for).
The good thing though, is that it is only hair and it WILL grow back...and she is still a doll no matter what!
